We are searching for empathetic, caring and driven professionals who are committed to enhancing the quality of life for the elderly. Whether you have experience in healthcare, social services, or related fields, your passion for elder care is what matters most to us.
Minimum Qualifications:
Additional qualities we look for:
- Must have an active RN, CNA license or Home Health Aide certificate or statement.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current TB test and Physical (Free from Communicable Diseases)
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Active Auto insurance.
- Own vehicle.
- Background Screening – LEVEL II Required AHCA screening.
- Blood-borne pathogens and HIV/AIDS training.
- Alzheimer's Dementia and related diseases training.
- HIPAA training certificate.
- Proficient in English, ability to read, write and speak well.
- Must be able to understand and follow written care plans.
- Must be able to write simple reports and updates. Good general administration.
- Must be able to PASS a Drug Screen Test.
- Proven track record of compassionate care.
- Experience in home health, long-term care, or a similar setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine affection for helping others.
- A commitment to delivering the highest standard of care and treating clients like family.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
- Proven record of reliability, accountability, trustworthiness and overall ethical conduct.
